I felt like I was completely covered in bird mites so I doused myself with gold bond extra strength body powder and put on a onesie, covered my scalp in tea tree oil and put on a rubber swim cap and spent 5 hours paralyzed with fear staring at a huge spider on the ceiling while I sat curled up in a little ball on the bed. The sun was rising by the time I ran to the shower with my clothes on because I couldn't take it anymore, and the "bugs" on me were chanting System of a Down's "Chop Suey". I had been experiencing symptoms of delusional parasitosis for a while but this was my first full blown psychotic episode. And obviously I got contact dermatitis from all the stuff I had put on my skin, so that didn't help with the delusions of being infested by bugs that only I could see (I still have that pocket microscope).

Mine was hallucinating traumatic memories that occurred when I was around 7 or 8. I was laying down in my room and it’s like I was transported back.
