Dealing with Tactile Hallucinations

id suggest looking into how a fear is faced , do these hallucinations cause you fear ? would you consider remaking these hallucinations for you to actually experience them in real life and realize it’s actually not that bad ? how about research on your hallucinations? get a better understanding of what they are and what makes logical sense. Why would a spider crawl on your face if you’re nowhere near where a spider could be ? why would someone grab your arm if you’re nowhere near anyone ? hope that helps

Most of the time when I get tactile hallucinations, I’m also experiencing sleep paralysis, so I can’t move, which is terrifying when all you feel is hands all over you, so all I can do is just do breathing exercises or count to try and distract myself while my body figures out how to move again.

I have cockroaches and snakes and sometimes my food turns to maggots while I'm eating. These ones are harder for me than others in the way they feel so real and are so repetitive it just breaks me down after a while. Whenever I get one I take time to myself to do some self care so I don't feel so overwhelmed.
