What is your tick to battle your insomnia? I normally use tea with melatonin in it but my stress/pain levels are too high lately.
40 mg melatonin, 2 unisom, and them i might sleep 2-3 hours. Had insomnia for more than 30 years. It sucks!
200mg trazodone, 2 benadryl. I still wake up a lot during the night.
I take 10mg of Ambien and a benadryl. It's the only thing that helps
