I've been on and off dissociating(?) for the past 8 days, not sure how to feel. This has never happened and it's all really confusing and worrying. I just feel like I'm in a dream most of the time, nothing and no one around me seems to be real. I've also had a couple blind spots in the center of my vision for around the same amount of time, not sure if it's related though. Anyone else have experience with either of these? I don't really know what to do.
