hi there! i was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations for medications to try for extreme anxiety? (like cant hold a job type extreme anxiety lol) i have tried multiple and am currently on an oral dose of venlaflaxine but have noticed no difference in my level of anxiety. i’m starting to think there is no medication or anything out there that will help which is super discouraging:/ i am also very open to natural remedies or natural supplements that help! i’ll do anything at this point lol! thanks!
