I’ve experienced sleep paralysis a good few times in my life. I’ve gotten to the point where I can almost feel when I might be slipping into a SP episode. does anyone else get this feeling like when they start going into the first sleep stage, it almost feels like a “swoosh” like im falling and i can hear sort of “swoosh” sound? I don’t know that’s literally the best way I can explain it. It’s sort of like. My body feels really tingly and numb and it also feels like I’m falling, and in my head it’s almost like I can HEAR my brain shutting down. And i know for me this always leads to sleep paralysis. I don’t know this might just be me and none of this probably made any sense but I was just curious if anyone experienced anything similar to this.
