Endo Rant: The Never-Ending Pain

just an endo rant!!! I’m so tired of this never ending pain. I’m so tired of needing surgery constantly and taking months to recover from that. I’m tired of feeling guilty of saying no or not being able to do simple things I used to do. I’m tired of eating something and constantly having pain. I’m tired of being worn out when I clean. I’m tired of waking up dizzy or nauseous when my period comes. I’m tired of my rib cage stabbing me when I try to breathe. I’m tired of holding my body when it’s stabbing and scorching blood and attacking me. I’m tired of severe migraines when I wake up. I wish myself and others could get some relief 🥹

      100% with you. Try a TENS machine when you're cleaning or doing housework when you have pain I find it helps me to keep going at least a bit longer sometimes, but there is also no harm in doing it in small stages. Feel free to message me if you want to talk ever ❤️

      I'm sorry, it sounds like you're really struggling. I can relate to a lot of what you said. I have endo too and multiple ovarian Cysts. But I recently found out that I have fibroid (s), which is not fun. I'm tired of the stabbing pain too. I know a lot of us are very hard on ourselves for things we can't do or having to say no. Please give yourself grace, and I hope you have some relief soon.
