Encouragement for a Senior with Lupus Sle and Arthritis

Hello, I was diagnosed in 2005 for Lupus sle. I'm a senior of 66yrs old. Along with arthritis and mild hip, my days are pretty stiff. Any encouragement?

      I'm 67, diagnosed 13 years ago. I don't have a bathtub, can't use a hot tub because I quickly overheat and pass out. So, when stiff, I have a TENS unit. I also have a heating pad, ice pads, a good tempurpedic bed.

      Yes. I am 72 with lupus, sle/myasthenia gravis since 1995. I know the feeling. I use hot baths with soothing epsom salt and others, heat wraps, ice pad, and try to stay away from drama. Some meds do more damage so be careful.

        @Littlebits thanks. Epson salt baths are great but can't get down in water anymore. I use Blue emu and athletes wintergreen rub.
