Flair ups are not fun when happens. But I found out when stay busy and focus on working out and drinking lots water and not overthink about pain the pain at times is more tolerable. Also helps to talk to people who also have lupus to get feedback. ๐Ÿค—

I canโ€™t work out because of recurrent pericarditis and my pain is much more severe than most patients sadly Iโ€™m not on pain killers yet but I should be Iโ€™m completely disabled from it the pain I experience from inflamed organs and things is excruciating I throw up from the pain and am often bedridden for weeks at a time Iโ€™ve just started Azathioprine which I hope helps but I also have a bunch of other conditions and things they think I have that makes stuff much worse
