I feel like im highly sensitive interpersonally and even though I have this I don’t feel emotions in depth I just straddle along. Like I don’t care about my family or things anymore- I’m super numb. It took place when I first had my Derealization episode and has been going hard ever since. I don’t have derealization though anymore. Any words of advice?
