But since I’m bi polar I can’t get prescribed anti depressants which really slow down the nutting process. So doc prescribed me a lot of low dose cialis. This in combined with pelvic floor excercises allows me to how my nut in when i organism, but also let a little out so I’m not straight out the gate when I continue. Basically i organism but after like 10 sec can just keep going and so on
