I haven't found any yet, but my Dr and I are still trying. I did find that fiber helps a bit with the diarrhea.

Do you mean a specific medication or other lifestyle intervention, like diet or supplements? There is no known actual cure for it, except to remove the colon. However, you can achieve remission (sort of like a temporary cure) with different medications and lifestyle interventions. Different people respond differently, so talk with your doctor (or look for another doctor experienced in ulcerative colitis if you aren’t getting answers or able to experience remission).
