      Structure! Keeping myself busy is my number one thing. If I don't have anything planned for the day I end up feeling super depressed. Also, I have been really bad about this, but going on meaningful walks with a podcast or brown noise! All really important!

      Honestly, just embrace it. Accept the sadness and accept and embrace all the other emotions you’ll feel too, good and bad, you’re more than the depression, multi faceted, like a diamond. The sadness and shit is just a part of you, but there’s so many others, you’re a work of art and life is happening and all you can do is your best to enjoy what you can. Sending you love x
