Does anybody else struggle with people touching your things without permission? (moving things around, re-organizing, etc.) If you do, how to you handle it? I've been trying to figure out how to keep myself calm without screaming/crying/hyperventilating, any advice helps!! Right now I just avoid opening the cupboard I put my personal dishes in when I know someone else has moved them around to avoid the breakdown.

if it's the same person or people, you could try talking to them and letting them know that them moving your things is bothering you. and you could maybe ask them to not do it in the future or let you know beforehand if they need to.

yes!! it is really difficult for my when someone moves things in my room. my boyfriend moved some clean unfolded clothes off of my bed because i needed to sleep and i was so close to having a meltdown. i didnt have a meltdown because i asked him why he was moving them and he explained because i need to go to bed and then i was okay after stimming a bit. maybe you could ask why someone moved something so they can explain why they moved it. and then maybe you can explain how that affects you. i hope this helped a little bit!

Yes It actually messes up my whole entire schedule if somebody moves my things. I might not get back on track for months
