      šŸ‘‹šŸ» iā€™ve been more consistent with my night meds so luckily I havenā€™t been struggling as bad with my insomnia this past week! but I do still struggle at times for sure

      Mine seems to go in waves. I try to take my meds around dinner, so I don't think they hit me that hard. Some days I just hate night time because I just end up sitting up

        @Nemo2 some nights I have the impulsive urge TO stay up so I purposely donā€™t take my meds or try to have a good bed routine that night. I donā€™t know why I get those nights, but I do and I hate myself the next day for it lol
