I've been dealing with anxiety vomiting. A lot of times it just hits me the moment I wake up. Haven't really figured out how to completely eliminate it. Usually I just wait for it to pass and try to show myself some compassion. It's always better to be kind to yourself rather than too harsh. Hope things have gotten better for you.

All too often . I try and drink lots of water when im trying not to puke , its like if stuff is going down nothing can come up , and it normally just makes me feel better .

This has been happening to me again. I went through something traumatic in the past and now I’m dealing with high stress and anxiety lately so it’s been happening again. Usually only right when I wake up and brush my teeth and continue to gag even when there’s nothing left in my stomach. Honestly it makes me feel better but waking up each morning with that sick feeling is horrible.

@Bec89 it's like after a week without meds you start feeling weird even in good settings. I try to conquer this but it's soo hard😥

@Bec89 everytime I try to trust myself without taking meds this happens. So I guess I'm dependent on this

this happens to my boyfriend a lot. he throws up bile and stomach acid when he has anxiety attacks. haven’t really found a way to make it stop aside from meds

@rj.crow and I always wonder why does this happen because it gets in the way of life. It's hard to push forward when something is hindering you
