Morning Anxiety Vomiting

I do for sure I literally wake up with intense anxiety sometimes and will vomit/ have diarrhea. My stomach absolutely hates waking up early for some reason! It also used to happen to me every time I walked into my office for work which makes me believe that’s anxiety related as well ugh

Yup. My anxiety causes a lot of stomach problems. And I tend to throw up quite a bit. But it happens the most when I'm anxious
