I'm having a really bad dysphoria induced breakdown about everything, so,, Well what can I do to get of one and what else can I do to help relieve dysphoia? as someone who can't transition medically because of other conditions.

It depends, are you wanting to transition MtF or FtM? Cause the only thing I can think of if you are transitioning MtF, is trying on rather more feminine clothes, or even trying to get into the more feminine spirit, now if you are transitioning from female to male, then honestly just kinda think of what a guy would do! Like for example: working out, getting their hands VERY dirty, stuff like that, tbh that's all I can really think of

I can’t medically transition because of medical issues and family issues but what I’d try and do (if you can) is socially transition or change something about yourself that will make you more confident? Working out and gaining good abs and muscle tone can help as well. I’m not sure if this is helpful in the slightest but basically anything you can change about yourself without going under the knife, if you can.
