I haven’t been diagnosed with DPD, but I am fairly certain I have it—and have for as long as I can remember. Should I try to get diagnosed? And if I should, how exactly do I go about doing that?

I recommend going to your normal physician first. And talking to them about your symptoms and how you'd like to get tested for personality disorders. They should recommend you to a specialist who will run you through some test and afterwards talk about medication or therapy.
