Does anyone have ptsd and not know why ( mine is self diagnosed but 98% sure I have it) but no clue why as there have been several thing happen in my life that could have triggered it along with my self diagnosed depression and schizophrenia and anxiety, as at only 26 years old I have been though a hell of a lot mostly by the time I was 18 months old
