I've always been really selective about who I tell about having OSDD because I generally assume the worst about people and I feel like if I were to say anything people would either not understand which would be bad or misunderstand/not take me seriously which would be worse. However, this has also meant that (foe the most part) there have only been 1 or 2 alters out around the majority of people because we are all too different and don't want anybody else to worry or think we are psychotic. Having to hide has been increasingly tiresome and we are getting to the point where we just want to tell people the full truth about us. It feels like things would be so much easier if we did. does anybody have any thoughts about what we should do?
