Seeking Support for Dilated Cardiomyopathy Diagnosis in Early 20s

I was recently diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and I'm still in my early 20s. I'm on all these new meds (like I wasn't taking enough before) and we haven't even reached the max dosage for one of them yet, but I'm having lightheadedness if I stand up too fast.. with being so young and not knowing anyone else who has had this issue, I honestly feel alone. I have a lot of support at home and a friend of mine has some health issues as well, but nothing that I've been through.. please tell me there's someone around my age who can relate?
