lately i have noticed a blackness in my vision and a light headed feeling when i stand up and start to walk. today it was really bad. i have always ignored it, especially when I'm around other people, but today i was leaving my bedroom and i almost fell because it was so bad. anyone know what could cause this? i take some blood pressure meds but this has been going on longer than the meds and it hasn't changed recently either.
