Does anyone have a good way to track spoons digitally? I feel like I’m pushing myself to exhaustion lately but I’m too tired to keep up with a physical book.

The app tochi diary is pretty good for this. You can enter and track what things used up energy and if it gave you pain or symptoms. Its incredibly customizable as well. Id rlly recommend it it helped me pinpoint what tasks i should avoid or use a mobility aid when I do them.

I’ve heard of one called “ME/CFS Pacing” but it’s a little confusing to use imo!
