I honestly am struggling to find anything either. Only one I kinda continue to use is Migraine Buddy, for migraine tracking, im not great at always logging them, but so far it's working for me far longer than anything else I've tried

I use the Bearable app and it is amazing! You can edit, add or delete different things you’d like to track. My doctors love all the data it gives us about my health.
