Hey guys so, the reason I was asking about PTSD was just to learn more about it in general, I got tested for it today and ended up getting diagnosed with it, so if anyone could leave a nice message or some random information on it, that would be great ❤️ have a great day, you are stronger than you believe ❤️

There will be good days and bad days but what no one tells you about are the confusing days. Sometimes you'll be triggered and it won't make any sense at all, or you won't even know what triggered an attack in the first place. That's totally normal for someone with PTSD, it doesn't make your trauma or your response to it any less real and valid

You will have good days and bad days. But eventually the good day will outnumber the bad when you find what works for you. Until then keep strong and know that you are not alone in your struggle.
While I can't give any advice as I don't have any real experience, I'm proud of you for taking steps to get diagnosed and I wish you strength and luck on your journey 💙
@AwkwardMoth that means a lot thank you so much, I wish the same for you ❤️
