Hello, I was just diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 6 days ago out of the complete blue. I had no symptoms before my first flare at all then everything hit me at once. I have severe anxiety specifically related to my health so this diagnosis was my absolute worst fear come true. Did any of you experience this? How did you crawl out of the hole of depression? I currently am afraid to move, afraid to go outside, afraid to make it worse somehow. I'm so scared.
