Health anxiety is very real and very scary!! I always tend to think of the worst possible condition that I could be experiencing symptoms of and it definitely sends me into a spiral! Just know that if you have a cold or the flu, that your body will take the measures to heal and you’ll be okay! If all else fails, you can always go get checked out by a doctor to make sure everything is okay!
