So my question before I believe I may have worded it wrong. I Once again had to see an urgent care doctor for panic attack yesterday. I was once again put on the same medication for the 3rd time which the 2nd time did not Benefit me whatsoever. This was explained to her But she said she liked the medications so we were going to go with it. I'm Finally accepting that it's time to I guess upgrade how I am going about dealing with my anxiety and depressionAnd I'm ready to take a step further besides it's just urgent care doctors who are not equipped enough to deal with these issuesAnd treat you like you're just looking for a prescription for xanax or something.I'm wondering how to actually step out and get clinical help and diagnosis. As this is a big Step for me to kind of wake up and try to start living a better life. Any advice? How are the online services if anyone has tried them. I don't feel like it should be this hard to start pursuing a healthy mind.

See a psychiatrist! Only they can diagnose certain issues so you may have other issues making the anxiety and such worse

This is such an exciting step! Asking for help is one of the hardest and the most important stages of your journey! I went to a psychiatrist who prescribed the medication I take for depression and anxiety. It definitely helps but it's not a magic pill. I'm still looking for more emotional support. Good luckšŸ™

I suggest finding a psychiatrist. They will give a full evaluation and can help with medication management. I see one monthly and am doing so much better with medication since starting there. I also go to counseling for Cognitive Behavior Therapy and it really helps to be mindful of my anxiety and working on controlling it. I hope you find the help you need, just know you are not alone and you can manage your symtoms.
