Concerns about my deteriorating eyesight and future prescription changes

pseudoxanthoma elasticum.... B4 I left the opthalmologist he showed me a few things on the computer, now I'm wondering what he saw in my eyes. they have been going downhill this past year. never in my life have I even went 2 an eye Dr now I have had glaucoma taken care of and need readers and issues w my far sight and astigmatism. in just 2-3 months I went from the smallest readers 1 now I'm at 1.50 that quick. I don't wanna go get my script cuz I'm afraid it's gonna change in 3 months when I go back 2 him. does anyone know anything about this?
