Dealing with Glaucoma: Coping with Sudden Changes

Hi! So I've been dealing with glaucoma for awhile and I just happened to be rare and be diagnosed with it when I was 10 so I've been at it for awhile... I do eye drops but recently I've had to go to the eye doctor for pressure checks like every two weeks because my pressure is going back up into the forties... and they think they need to up my dose but they're not sure... and I've started losing peripheral vision as well and my vision overall is deteriorating (I have severe optic nerve damage) I'd like to know if anyone has any tips on how to cope with this sudden change and how to keep myself from declining more.
