Dealing with Health Issues and Aging

this sucks. I'm not 100% sure if my cataract in my right eye grew because of my type 2 diabetes or others factors like genetics or not wearing uv/ polar sunglasses over the years. however still gotta deal and ultimately need surgery or not? we will see. and the left side of me/ the hip area I must have tweaked , I'm doing better but for several days I couldn't bend and I had a few accidents cause I couldn't make it up the stairs quick enough to pee. oh the woes of getting older. still keeping it positive. more important keeping it real and honest!
