I have a 1 year old boy I feel like my depression has hit a really bad low it has gotten to the point that I feel like I'm always angry for no reason. Did you have this issue? and if so what helped you not be so angry and depressed?

@charzard maybe it’s not there anymore. It’s called The secret- by Rhonda Byrne. Look for it on the internet or at your library. It’s a book too but I prefer the movie.

I kind of went to see where your profile was and it looks like you're on blood pressure medicine or diabetic medicine, thyroid medication and depression medicine? You really do need to get some sleep coming up and eat healthy so you can have energy to take care of your child and you probably need some help so you can learn to balance yourself, your needs and your child's needs

definitely up and down at night yes. I have tried to take a nap with himbut me as a person I have always liked my naps but unfortunately for me it's like he can tell I that I want a nap and will instantly wake up even if I'm in a different room

@charzard most moms with little babies are sleep deprived. Do you have a babysitter or a mother who could help you out so you can take a nap and they could watch the child?

Also if people don't get enough sleep and having a 1-year-old you probably do get up and down at night. Maybe you should take naps when your child takes a nap

I don't have kids, but when I feel overwhelmed and angry, I try and focus on hobbies or just a simple walk outside... I try and take in every bird chirp and every cloud.

@zosicosi it's definitely hard to have a Hobbie with a baby at least for me but I will definitely start trying the walk thing thank you

@zosicosi actually that's a great idea and then she can stroll the child

I did with my first born and this is my second and I definitely feel like this is 100% worse then just postpartum
