Struggling with a recurring medical condition

having a hard time with diagnosis and with some sort of cure ...because the swelling and rash keep coming back...seems like i wind up in the hospital once a month and id like to figure out how to manage treat or cure these conditions so i can live a normal life again. my legs are swollen and my feet and i get a rash that comes and goes...and i get a leak of the fluids in my legs so if im sitting still for 5 or 10 minutes i find im standing in a puddle. its extremely painful and irritating and id just like to find out what it is that i have and a way to get control of it..woth treatment or a cure .. medication exercise or diet.. anything that could help. please share any advice or suggestions i could try or discuss with my doctors. thank you.
