Hi! So I had a question about a rash-like condition on my arm. There are these little red bumps that keep on appearing on my forearms and around my ankles. I’ve been to a regular doctors office and the ER (misdiagnosed) about it. I wish I could upload a picture. I was told dry skin but I use lotion so often. Any advice?
