I have UI and have for a few years, but I notice it’s getting worse slowly. I’m getting a pelvic ultrasound this week and my Primary Care knows and says I need to see a Urologist. Do you have any advice for me? Idk what the cause could be yet. Do Pelvic Floor Specialists help?

I definitely think there’s a pelvic floor dysfunction linked to this for sure. I’ve seen a Urologist and done the ultrasound I just didn’t do the Urodynamics testing. Probably should. I think my issue is the disconnect between bladder and pelvic floor. I’m too tight in that area so my muscles aren’t recognizing when I have to go until it’s too late. I’d definitely say you’re on the right track.
