I had quite a traumatizing journey in life. from rape, to death, and moving 20+ times. to my dad being physically violent, and my mom being emotionally abusive. she turned to alcohol. I just got diagnosed with DID. and told me it's chronic. so it will be here until it's not. unfortunately I don't know when it happens. or why. and I dont know how to record what happens and when. any advice?? thanks
