Diagnosed with DID, feeling lost and nervous about therapy

Hello everyone. I've been officially diagnosed with DID. It's not a surprise, but I do feel a little lost. I'm afraid to tell anyone outside close family. I don't want to be judged. I'm starting trauma/integration therapy this week, and I'm nervous. Idk. I guess we're just looking for people who understand us.

I've gone thru intergration therapy ! I'm here if you need to talk. it might be rough and have bumps along the way but it's worth it and has totally changed my life.. and you arent alone for not wanting to share it with friends and family. only a few close friends and my mom know and are supportive.
