Dealing with Social Anxiety: Do You Get Worried When Posting or Messaging?

I have a question for everyone/people with social anxiety. Do you guys also get worried anytime you post something or send a message a small amount of people? I also wanna ask, do you get extremely worried and start having a panic attack when people do reply fast because you think they are annoyed with you?

      I get more anxious in larger groups so I try to stay away from that. And as a person who always replies quickly, I don't get anxiety if others do as well. I do however get alot of anxiety if they see I have read the message immediately or if I text to fast haha

      Yes I totally relate to this, and I also read over my messages like a hundred times before I send them because I'm afraid that I'm going to word something wrong(I did it with this message toošŸ’€)

      Yes to all. I also feel anxious if someone doesn't reply soon though, bc it makes me feel like I'm also bothering them
