Anyone have any tips on dealing with SI/SH urges? Anything would help at this point honestly.

Scream singing. Sometimes accompanied by crying or adhd hyperactivity. If you do it for the other reason as well like I did I started getting tattoos and that has been a healthy way I get my fix while getting art of something important that I don’t want to mess up with scars. I can’t say those are the most healthy ways but I think I’m in a good place and I rarely have SH impulses if any at all anymore.

I kinda weened myself off it, if that helps. I used ice for a while. Now I do vent art and it helps. Especially if you draw something then rip it up. Also I took mma and I would go down and hit the punching bag for a while. Got out the aggression but also was cardio!

Instead of hurting myself, I aggressively scribble out how I feel. While I still struggle with picking at myself a lot without thinking, that at least helps negate the conscious harm.

When I feel like turning back to self harm I put ice where I want to cut. It gives a little of the same feeling but in a healthier way. If it's blood I want to see then I draw on my wrist or wherever you want to cut with a red sharpie/marker. Hopefully it helps :)
it really depends why/when u do it. i personally use it as a coping mechanism when i’m having really bad days as just a way to calm myself down. for me, just distracting myself from my personal triggers has helped a lot because i haven’t felt the need as often. avoidance may not be the best way to fix it long term as i still have not quit, but its worked out for me so far.
I know you’ve probably heard of this before but drawing on myself helped a lot!
