How do I deal with rejection sensitivity when I have gender dysphoria? I've been feeling like I'm "not real" lying to people about who I am. I feel like it could be because I've stopped masking my ASD and ADHD for a while. I also get overstimulated way more often. Especially when it comes to my gender dysphoria. IDK what to do at this point.
