How do you guys deal with rejection sensitivity dysphoria? It literally leaves me crying in bed for days not eating. it feels like I'm 40 feet underwater and that I've lost an arm. The psych who did my asd eval mentioned that rejection registers as trauma to autistic brains and thats why its so hard to stomach. Do you guys have tips?

@SunInAugust yes i agree
now that you describe it, i too experience this in a very intense form, to where it feels like it is traumatic

@chao like its quite literally too much to handle
I could never get myself to get over it. It’s one of my biggest weaknesses.
Honestly it's hard to deal with. I'd deal with it by bottling up my emotions and isolating myself in my room. Eventually I realized that wasn't working so now i just talk about it with a friend or my therapist. If I can't do that I'll distract myself by drawing, listening to music, or watching something light-hearted. I hope that helps a bit. Remember you're an important human being, who deserves to be loved and live life to the fullest 💕
