Does anyone have tips for dealing with rejection/failure? I thought I had a job lined up but tonight I failed the 2nd part of the exam process. I didn't study enough and I probably didn't refer to the guidebook enough during the exam. When I found out I failed I first was numb and very quickly turned to bawling my eyes out. I cried myself to sleep but now I'm awake again and I feel like such a failure and a worthless human. I've been trying for several months to get a job but it seems my ADHD, autism, and astigmatism (can't drive home safely at night so can't take night shifts) all prevent me from getting anything. I felt so confident about this opportunity and now I failed that too and honestly feel I don't deserve anything as a result. Like right now I'm hungry but feel I don't even deserve breakfast in the morning because I can't even pass a stupid test to get a job so why bother with food when we're struggling financially anyways. Anyways sorry for the rant but yeah any tips for dealing with rejection/failure would be amazing. I don't want to fall into a major depressive episode as a result of the failure but I fear I already am.

You can never fail enough! To many opportunities out their. The fact that you were able to write this shows your not a failure just a learner! Good luck on your next! Fail with grace ❤️

If you focus on the fact you failed you continue to fail. Just think of it as a lesson learned. Life isn’t always going to go our way so no point in beating ourselves up for it. Just continue and push to the next objective, there is so much out there to feel sorry for one failure. Honestly continue to fail, continue to fail to a point where failure just another day. One of those failures is going to turn out positive one day, the lesson you’ll learn you’ll be able to use somewhere else. You’ll win eventually trust me
