Dealing with a Rare Disease and Possible Vasculitis

I was diagnosed with this rare disease and recently had a flare but I did not get the uticaria but had the imflamation at this time they said my kidneys were working half way I did have pain in shoulders and chest pain onley while taking a deep breath. Also was feeling fatige They now are thinking mabey I have vaculitis now. the predisone 10 MG keeps pain away other than that I feel fine no other s
