maybe you could channel your grief into a drawing or music. it doesn’t have to be very pretty for anyone else to see, just to get your feelings out. or you could do something that nourishes your body or soul, like stretching, cooking something delicious, or taking a nice hot bath. you could watch a comforting movie or tv show as well. above all, be gentle with yourself and don’t berate yourself for whatever you feel.
