EMDR helped me a lot with the constant on edge feeling. It's very different than regular therapy and has had amazing results for me and several friends who have tried it who said nothing else worked. And you could make a list of things that help you when you're having an episode and give it to your loved ones so they know what they can do. You're not a burden but those around you can sometimes feel helpless. Let them love you and let them help. And if they don't want to then maybe they shouldn't be a part of your journey ❤️

I have the same problem with mine. I have PTSD from my sons cancer treatments qnd him passing away, so any memory of him. anytime I think if him, if something else reminds me of him, anytime I go to q Dr's office, I have a very high possibility of getting triggered and then I cry uncontrollably. You deserve to let it out. if they can't handle you being urself then they done deserve you 💕
