I've been having obsessive thoughts of harming someone though I recognize in hindsight that those actions are horrible and not something I'd normally condone. How do you deal with these types of thoughts and not allow yourself to feed into them?

      I heard it’s helpful to brush them off by like saying to that part in ur head “why would u say that bro” as if it’s not u. Cuz it isn’t really u wanting to do that, so why treat it that way yknow.
