TRIGGER WARNING ABUSE **** Has anyone been raped during multiple relationships? How do I feel like it’s not my fault when it happened a second time? Any tips or comments welcomed. Thanks.

Try to distant yourself from sex whilst you heal but obviously if you feel completely safe with someone that’s okay. Therapy is great and they can help with the knock on effects

@JessyP Thanks!!
It’s okay I went through this just staying alive and coming out the other side is the main thing you will heal enough to be okay it just takes a long time. And don’t worry most of us don’t even know about it or how much it can happen until it involves us so never be ashamed you are here and that means you are great 😊
@JessyP Thanks so much! Prayers!
I have been molested, raped, sexually abused, beaten, and threatened. Honestly a good thing I do that helps, bc I feel the same - that I deserved it, etc... Is giving yourself daily affirmations and really putting your heart in it. Love yourself deeply; I'm still learning to do this part. I send you good vibes and healing energies. If you need someone to talk to, you can message me. 💚
@Brigit Also your dog is cute in your profile picture :)
@Zebrapotato37659 thank you! I'll be keeping you on my mind. Her name is Brigit! She's a good baby.
@Brigit Thanks so much!! 🩷 Prayers to you! God is with you always! I believe we’re on a upward battle from here ☺️🤞🏼🫶🏼

One of the individuals shared their experience of being raped multiple times by different people in 2012 and 2013. They mentioned that they still struggle with the fact that it happened, but have recently come to terms with it and identify as a survivor. It's important to remember that it is never the victim's fault, regardless of how many times it happens.
