Do you remember that feeling you get when you know you you’re getting to a low point? I hate that feeling, i see it coming and feel like i cant or even wont. Its so much work only for it to happen again and again, so much so that id want to end it all just so I wouldn’t have to feel this way again. I hate feeling this way and i can only lessen the way i think or try to ignore it, like in the back of my mind nothing can really make me feel anything other than sadness, sometimes the highs dont make it worth it

      I know that horrifying feeling all too well, and I'm so sorry that you're going through that right now. For me, one of the scariest parts of it is convincing yourself that you'll never feel normal again. I know it's so hard to even think straight during those horrible moments, but please try and remember that you're not alone and that it won't last forever. It is so scary to feel like your brain is working against you. But rather than thinking of hurting yourself further, please hang in there. I absolutely get where you're coming from, but mental health is a long and arduous journey, as you know. I hope that someday you will reach a point where the highs, and even just the not-lows are worth it for you. You're taking a huge step just by being on this app! Having communication with people who actually know what it is you're feeling is wonderful resource and I'm proud of you for utilizing it. Stay strong and talk to people. Don't allow your brain to convince you that life isn't worth it, or that you are damaged goods. As Beach_Bum said, YOU ARE WORTH IT.
