so I am wondering if anyone here has had their favorite person pass away? what did you do to deal with it? I have kinda suspected myself as to having bpd but was unsure. I recently was diagnosed with it. I am having issues with my favorite person passing away over a year ago. I see somewhere say replace your favorite person but I really don't have any one in my life that I can even find another person. I tend to push people away. any one have any advice. thanks.
